Verified Reviewer |Change in ingredients
Hey, I'm wondering why the ingredients changed on the Annie's Organic Mac n Cheese? I purchased a pack at Costco and had to trash it due to the changes I did not realize at the store.

Verified Reviewer |Horrible cereal
I bought a box of apple cinnamon MOTT's cereal. and it was terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!
Wasted my money! Awful flavor and awful aftertaste. Fake Fake Fake and tasted nothing like it should have. The ingredients list appears tame but actually are deceitful and the cereal taste like they used the garbage left over.
One bite and I had to spit it out! Why would you want to give this to our children or anyone?!
Just another disappointment from Mott's and General Mills. Big cereal companies need to be reformed.
- Make fake food and try to call themselves healthy or good
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified ReviewerOui non dairy no longer available in Target
I am not sure why I can't talk to a customer service rep. Also, there's no option to speak with a customer service rep or to ask about locating an item in a store near me or if an item is still available online.
Please call or email.
Thank you,

Preferred solution: Response to availability of OUI NON DAIRY MANGO OR VANILLA IN STORE OR ON LINE

SupporterResolved: A 100 year old woman needs Medicaid but .......
- - No human support; emails, calls, and chat failed.
- - Medicaid requires a payroll form from GM to access payroll records; AI misdirected to Equifax.
Form filled out by General Mills and Medicaid OK'd for my 100 year old friend.
I went to Duck Duck Go search and tried AI. To my delight AI didn't come up with a long Google list, it came up with one phone #.
I called and was shocked when a human answered. Kate was wonderful.
She asked for 2 documents which I recently emailed. My advice is Don't Give Up.
You provided additional email addresses and I sent information to both of them. One already returned with: This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently: * info@***.comReason: Permanent Error
I can't get a simple employment form completed. I hope I never have to try to contact them again. It is impossible to talk to a human.
She can't get help from Medicaid WITHOUT a payroll form completed by her employer GM.
I've tried every email/phone # and even contacted GLOBAL. Global GM gave me 2 phone #'s. I couldn't get past an AI list which didn't include payroll records.
The AI response was to give me another site to visit & that turned out to be Equifax - a credit rating company. Obviously Equifax had no option for the payroll records.
Preferred solution: The payroll form filled out by GM so we can get Medicaid help for a 100 year old woman. She hasn't long to live and enjoy her last years.
User's recommendation: Find a company that cares about employees

- - The top label says traditional recipe.
- - Chextra is described as a totally different taste.
- - The new flavor is extremely salty and tastes different.
Says traditional recipe at the top. Then under chextra delicious it says as compared to the previous recipe.
This new flavor is extremely salty and it doesn't taste like it used to. I was not aware that chextra meant a totally different taste.
Not traditional recipe. Not happy.
- Good cereal
- I want my orginal chex mix back
Preferred solution: Full refund

Offended by commercial
I am terribly offended by your current Cinnamon Toast Crunch
commercial. I don't know how it was approved.
I find your little crunch square to be a cannibal. And the refrigerator stuffed with little squares is reminiscent of *** and other serial killers who refrigerate their victims. I was told when I called that it is supposed to be humorous. Who really finds that funny?
I found it deplorable. I'm not some crazy conservative that finds everything offensive and i do not believe in censorship, but this commercial is over the top!
Make better choices!!!

Bad product
- - Totinos pizza rolls have been reduced in size and filling.
- - Two recent bags had little or no filling; plan to boycott and switch producers.
Totinos pizza rolls have been reduced in size and filling to warrant boycot. I had been a customer for many many years but no more.
After the last 2 bags I bought there was very little filling, and some had no e.
Read their reviews and boycott until they get back to basics! There is other companies that make them and I am taking my business to a different producer.

Verified ReviewerNature Valley almond biscuits
- - Earlier, the biscuits were shrunk with calories unchanged.
- - Now the biscuits are thinner but calories are the same; some suspect profit.
First they shrunk the biscuit and kept same er.Now the biscuits are thinner, but the calorie count is same. Not sure what is happening, but, I think it may have something to do with profit. Anyone else?
Preferred solution: Explanation of why they use same size wrapper with a much smaller biscuit.
User's recommendation: Be prepared for a much smaller biscuit

Verified ReviewerMisrepresentation of goods
- - The product did not match the pictures; contents were dry hay with a crushed berry not almonds and fruits, replacement requested.
You can see the false advertisement by the pictures I've attached. The fruits and almonds turned out to be dry hay with a crushed berry.
Just awful. It could be that the wrong bars were put in the boxes. Please send the correct trail mix with almonds and fruits.
Plump and juicy like I've gotten many times before. These yucky bars should be recalled.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |Size of products have gone down
- - Prices are 2 for $6, cheaper than over $4.
- - Bars are about one-third smaller yet still in the same packaging.
Recently the prices of the nature Valley sweet and salty bars have come down a little, they're usually on sale for 2/$6 which is much better than over $4, problem is, with the prices going down so is the quality of the product, these bars are down 1/3 of the size they used to be yet still in the same packaging so you don't know till you open it and realize ya got screwed over!!
- Semi healthy alternative to potato chips
- Slashing sizes on product without labeling it
Preferred solution: Price reduction
